i currently only sell through my website, sign up for email list for restock updates !
when will you restock?
i try my best to update my shop once every two months, but life is chaos and i'm am just one very unorganized person so you better sign up for my email list !
& don't rely on my instagram ! that app is nuts and i dream of a time when i can step away from it entirely
where is my order?
if you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email, then it is in progress and you will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped
*ready-to-ship items will ship in 3-7 business days
*pre-order items need 6-8 weeks for me to make your item ! remember i am just one silly little human using my own two hands and i am working on big batches of pots and not just your order, thank you for your patience !!
if you've waited patiently for the appropriate amount of time and you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, contact me via email

do you offer local pickup?
sorry, i am not offering local pickup at this time
do you accept returns?
if for some reason you don't love your pot, email me to return it so i can find someone who loves it fully and maybe a new one for you
you will be responsible for return shipping, packaging safely, and providing a tracking number-- i cannot accept returns on broken or chipped items
what if my item arrives broken?
email me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the broken item and we can work something out!
i got a pot a while ago and it broke! 😣

dishwasher/microwave safe?
all pieces unless otherwise stated are microwave and dishwasher safe, though i do recommend hand washing for extra special care :)
